Hello! Did you all have a good weekend? did you stay at home or did you went out? We were announced very bad weather but guess what? the sun shone all weeekend and we took lovely rides with our bikes on the countryside!  I feel renovated by nature! I´m inspired this Monday by these images of peace and calm, aren´t they inspiring? I hope you have a lovely day  and that your week turns out just like the photos below…. ; )

Hola! Tuvisteis todos un buen fin de semana? os quedasteis en casa o salisteis?  A nosotros nos anunciaron una borrasca, pero sabéis qué? el sol salió durante todo el fin de semana y fuimos a pasear con las bicis por el campo! Fue divertido y me siento renovada por la naturaleza. Lista para comenzar la semana con energía y alegría! Este Lunes me siento inspirada por estas imágenes de paz y calma ..es así como me quiero sentir! A que son inspiradoras? I´m always inspired by all the countries of the world and their beautiful colors, their art, their folk music, customs… I´m amazed by the incredible mosaic of creativity.

Sometimes I just love the bright and joyful colors of india , sometimes I ´m in search for nordic inspiration,…So much beauty out there! What´s not to love about the art of all the cultures? Each and every one of them has something special, a distinctive sign, and at the same time a common thread that unites them. Diversity  enriches our life.

I´m in love this days with Japan, specially after reading The Samurai´s Garden from Gail Tsukiyama. Can you imagine…a traditional japanese garden, cherry blossom, tea, the calm of the ocean..Wonderful book about beauty and generosity.If you feel inspired by this theme and are in search of a new book to read, try this  one, you´ll love it, I´m sure! Siempre me siento inspirada por todas las culturas del mundo y sus hermosos colores, su arte, su música popular, sus costumbres..Me asombra el increíble mosaico de creatividad.

A veces amo los colores brillantes y alegres de la India, a veces busco inspiración nórdica…hay tanta belleza por descubrir! ¿ Qué no es posible amar del arte de todas las culturas? Cada una tiene algo especial, un sello que las identifica y a la vez es increíble descubrir el hilo común que las une . La diversidad enriquece nuestras vidas.

Estos días amo Japón , especialmente después de leer El Jardín del Samurai de Gail Tsukiyama. ¿Podéis  visualizar un jardín japonés tradicional, los cerezos en flor, el sabor del té, la calma del mar..?Un hermoso libro sobre la belleza y la generosidad. Si buscáis un nuevo libro para leer, probad éste, seguro que os encanta! Pasad un buen fin de semana amig@s!

I´ve had this wooden chips for some time now. I didn´t know what to do with them so I got some  acryclic paint and this is the result. Maybe I glue a magnet on the back but for now, they are the path to this little clay house. The house of my dreams maybe?

He tenido estas maderitas redondas por mucho tiempo. No sabía qué hacer con ellas así es que las pinté y éste es el resultado. Quizá les pegue un imán detrás, pero por ahora son el caminito que lleva a esta casita de arcilla blanca. La casita de mis sueños tal vez?

Good Morning! How was your weekend? Did you have a good time? I did pretty well spending some lovely time with my husband and my sons. It stilled rained a lot but it was a good weekend for us! Many things to feel grateful for , thats for sure. Some trees are starting to blossom and oh my, I can feel spring is almost here. I really need to see more colors out there..So happy colored inspiration Monday for all of you!

Buenos días! Qué tal vuestro fin de semana?  Os lo pasasteis bien? Para mí estuvo bastante bien, pasando un tiempo muy querido con mi marido y mis hijos. Todavía llovió mucho pero fue un buen fin de semana. Muchas cosas por las que sentirse agradecido, eso desde luego. Algunos árboles comienzan ya a florecer por aquí y puedo sentir que la Primavera casi llega. Necesito algo de color! Así es que Feliz Lunes lleno de inspiradores colores para vosotros!

I have to confess the other day I felt kind of sad…But I didn´t allow that feeling  take over me. I beggan to play with my sons  the game of saying out loud why we felt grateful for.

It turned out to be SO much fun! It started slow, I seemed to have a hard work letting the words flow because of my “blueness” ( is this term correct?)  but the magic thing happened after a couple of ” thank you´s” That feeling of gratitude and happiness started to grow and grow and then I wasn´t sad anymore! We started to laugh very loudly for all the things that made us happy ..it was wonderful and very very therapeutic! Please promess that the next time you feel sad you´ll try this! at least once!

El otro día me sentía algo triste y apagada..Pero no dejé que el sentimiento se instalara en mí. Me puse con mis hijos a jugar al juego de decir todo por lo que nos sentíamos agradecidos en la vida.

Fue TAN divertido! la cosa empezó despacio, parecía costar trabajo que fluyeran las palabras, no porque no me sintiera agradecida, sino por los ánimos..Pero lo mágico sucedió después de llevar un rato…ese sentimiento de agradecimiento y felicidad empezó a crecer y a crecer y dejé de estar triste. Empezamos a reirnos por tantas y tantas cosas que nos hacían felices y acabamos tronchados por el suelo,muertos de risa! terapéutico, os lo digo, muy terapéutico.

These guys…the best sons I could have! Funny, smart, caring…what wouldn´t I do for them?

Estos chicos…los mejores hijos que podría tener! Divertidos, listos, cariñosos…qué no haría por ellos?
