Good Morning! How was your weekend? Did you have a good time? I did pretty well spending some lovely time with my husband and my sons. It stilled rained a lot but it was a good weekend for us! Many things to feel grateful for , thats for sure. Some trees are starting to blossom and oh my, I can feel spring is almost here. I really need to see more colors out there..So happy colored inspiration Monday for all of you!

Buenos días! Qué tal vuestro fin de semana?  Os lo pasasteis bien? Para mí estuvo bastante bien, pasando un tiempo muy querido con mi marido y mis hijos. Todavía llovió mucho pero fue un buen fin de semana. Muchas cosas por las que sentirse agradecido, eso desde luego. Algunos árboles comienzan ya a florecer por aquí y puedo sentir que la Primavera casi llega. Necesito algo de color! Así es que Feliz Lunes lleno de inspiradores colores para vosotros!

Dear friends, today I have a super special visual treat for you, for all of us in fact! A couple of days ago I stummbled upon this. Merissa Revestir´s  inspiration board for an e-course we are both taking with Holly from Decor 8. Oh I inmediatley fell in love with it! Merissa is a super talented artist from Hawaii with an amazing sense for asthetics.Her illustrations are beautiful and her photographs..well, see for yourself: AMAZING!

Oh, how much I love this “Inspiration Monday” posts. They give me a wonderful opportunity to browse  through so many beautiful images that nourish my soul  . Sometimes we forget we must also feed our soul  only with the beauty around us, good lectures, music that filles us..lets always have time to do this we deserve it! And as they say” Each time we feed our soul, we grant it´s development”

Cuánto me encantan los posts de los Lunes llenos de inspiración! Me brindan una maravillosa oportunidad para conocer tantas imágenes tan bonitas que alimentan mi alma con su bellea y dulzura. A veces nos olvidamos que debemos también alimentar nuestra alma, con la belleza que nos rodea de las cosas o momentos sencillos de la vida, buenos libros, música que nos llena..Tengamos siempre tiempo para hacer esto,  nos lo merecemos : ) Y como dicen” Cada vez que alimentamos el alma, garantizamos su desarollo”.

I´m taking this wonderful e-course called” Blogging your way” given by Holly from decor 8 and Leslie from ” a creative mint“. It´s turning to be really  great and  more than I could expected. I´m learning so many interesting things! If you have a blog and are kind of lost you must invest in  this e-classes!

We get homework asignments that are so much fun and creative! like this one, an inspiration board. I had a hard time putting this one together because I never know what colors to choose or “theme” .Should it be about bright colors and inspired in nature? Or soft colors ? Well I suppose the red and green one made it ! what do you think? Does it speak to you? is it too bright?

Maybe the colors are a bit saturated dont you think? no, no editing..I acdidentally dropped the camera and the colors are off balance, but shhh let´s keep the secret ;  ) lets see if I can fix it- gulp- she swallows.

Estoy tomando un fantástico curso online que se llama “Blogging your way”. Lo imparte Holly de decor 8 y Leslie de “a creative mint“. Está resultando  ser maravilloso y más de lo que hubiera esperado. Estoy aprendiendo tantas cosas interesantes! Si tienes un blog pero estás algo perdida en cómo llevarlo, considera seriamente invertir en estas clases : )

Nos mandan además tareas que son muy creativas! como este ejercicio de inspiración. Me costó hacerlo porque nunca sé qué colores elegir ni que “tema”. ¿Elijo entre colores vivos y brillantes o pasteles y suaves? Bueno,  parece que me decanto por el rojo esta vez.. ¿Qué opináis? ¿os transmite algo?

Quizá los colores están algo saturados, ¿ no creéis? no, no la edité así. Sin querer se me cayó la cámara y  el balance de colores se dañó, pero sshh mantengámoslo en secreto ; ) veré si lo puedo arreglar -glup-

Maybe you have already seen this ..I just did yesterday…I know it´s not what I usually write about on my blog,  but I´m as passionate about creativity as I´m of  the beautiful side of humanity and when it comes to Love , help and the acceptance of each other to build together the world we really want for our selves and our loved ones. I beleive its possible.

This are the things that are worth to see a thousand times until we believe in it´s message: we can all become butterflies and fly!

Tal vez ya hayáis visto esto…yo lo hice ayer..Sé que no es normalmente de lo que hablo en mi blog, pero al igual que me apasiona la creatividad también lo hace el lado bello de la humanidad y sobretodo cuando tiene que ver con amarnos, ayudarnos y aceptarnos los unos a los otros. Construir entre todos ese mundo que queremos para nosotros mismos y nuetros seres queridos.

Éstas son las cosas que merece la pena ver mil veces hasta que creemos en su mensaje: todos podemos convertirnos en mariposas y volar!

Happy monday everyone! I hope you had a fantastic weekend! I had family visiting and it was wonderful to see them after a long time!

This Monday I feel inspired by Holly from Decor 8 Interior Styling group on flickr. Not only is a fantastic group with so much inspiration going on but with very fun styling challenges every month. As I always say creativity is what I love and styling is another way of being creative, thats for sure! set up a color scheme, tell a story through objects…And of course make your house look  more comfy. The picture below is my submission to one of those challenges..again, Heather Ross´s Fabric framed! this time her beautiful unicorns!

The kokeshi is from Usaburo and the owl paint from Lillajizo.

Este Lunes me siento inspirada por Holly, de Decor 8 y su grupo de estilismo interior de flickr.  No sólo es un fantástico grupo cargado con mucha inspiración, pero con retos de estilismo muy divertidos cada mes. Siempre digo que la creatividad es lo que más amo y el estilismo es otra forma de ser creativo sin duda! Componer una paleta de colores,contar una historia a través de objetos ..y claro lograr de paso que la casa se vea más comfortable y acogedora. La foto de abajo es mi propuesta a uno de esos retos…de nuevo la tela de Heather Ross enmarcada! Esta vez unicornios!  La kokeshi es de Usaburo y la pintura del búho de lillajizo.

I´m enjoying right now some sunshine that has managed to avoid the clouds…oh how I´m longing for spring and some warm air.

Strawberry season is just around the corner and we are beggining to spot the first ones…here are some for breakfast, served with herbal tea and biscuits, the ones my kids didn´t like-but bought because of the cute shaped animals forms.

They are supposed to be gluten free, sugar free, and anything else you can imagine. But they dont taste that bad…..at least not with tea ; )

Estoy disfrutando ahora mismo de algunos rayos de sol que han sido capaces de evitar las nubes…cuánto anhelo la primavera y un poco- sólo un poco- de aire más cálido.

La temporada de fresas está a la vuelta de la esquina y empezamos a ver las primeras..aquí tengo algunas para desayunar, acompañadas con té de hierbas y galletas, las que a mis hijos nos les gustaron. Se supone que son sin gluten, sin azúcar  y todo lo “sin” que se pueda imaginar. Pero no saben tan mal…..por lo menos no con té  ; )
