Hello!! I´m in Spain!! so excited to be back home for a few weeks!! and I made it on time! the night I arrived my little ginger nephew was born!! he is SO adorable!!!! So yesterday was busy day as you can imagine! I feel very grateful to have been able to make it on time : )

Thats why I´m calling today´s post “Inspiration Tuesday” : ) Yesterday I was unable to post.

Hola! Ya estoy en España!! estoy muy contenta de estar en “casa” un par de semanas! Y lo logré! llegué a tiempo para el nacimiento de mi sobrinito pelirrojo! Es precioso!!! así es que ayer fue un día muy ocupado!Pero me siento muy agradecida de estar aquí : )

Por eso he llamado al post de hoy “Inspiración del Martes” : ) ayer no pude postear!

Friday is here and I´m anxious for Sunday to come because thats when I´ll be flying to Spain!!

I´ll be there for about two weeks, so during that time I wont be posting daily, but you can expect at least three posts per week : )

As you know, I´m meeting my baby nephew and giving the stamp carving workshop, so I´ll have lots of photos  to share with you when I get back!

Bien! El Viernes ya está aquí!! Y estoy ansiosa porque llegue el Domingo, que es cuando cojo mi avión para España!!

Estaré por ahí dos semanas, así es que durante ese tiempo no postearé diariamente, pero podéis esperar al menos tres posts por semana : )

Como ya sabréis, voy a conocer a mi nuevo sobrinito y a dar el taller de sellos, así es que tendré muchas fotos que compartiros a la vuelta!

Monday is here!! And I´m specially Happy because in 6 days ´ll be flying back to Spain!!! yay!! To greet my new born nephew, visit my friends and meet the lovely people that will be taking the stamp carving workshop! : D

El Lunes ya está aquí! Y estoy especialmente feliz porque en 6 días volaré a España!!!A dar la bienvenida a mi sobrinito que está a punto de nacer, ver a mis amigas y conocer a las chicas tan estupendas que tomarán el taller de sellos! : D Qué emocionante todo lo que me espera!!!

Para las fotos de hoy, he elegido una paleta de color suave, fresca y azul! Repleta de detallitos encantadores que seguro os encantarán como a mí! : ) Disfrutadlas!

Hello! As I promised last week, today I´m going to show you how to use a polaroid overlay ! : )

Hola! Como os prometí la semana pasada, hoy os ensañaré cómo utilizar un “overlay” de una polaroid! : )

It´s a neat way to embellish your photos and your posts and its pretty simple to achieve : )

Es una forma estética de embellecer vuestras fotos y posts y es muy fácil de lograr : )

1.- Open your polaroid image in photoshop.

1.- Abre tu imagen de polaroid en photoshop.

2.- Open also the photo you want to use.

2.- Abre también la foto que queréis utilizar.

3.- With the tool “rectangular frame” select all the black area on the polaroind and delete.

3.- Con la herramienta de “Marco rectangular” selecciona toda el área negra de la polaroid y elimínala dandole a la tecla suprimir en tu teclado.

4.- Go back to your photo and copy and paste into the polaroid document.

4.- Regresa a tu foto y cópiala y pégala en el documento en el que tienes abierta la polaroid.

5.- With the “free transformation tool” resize your image into the size that suits the polaroid frame.

5.- Con la herramienta de “transformación libre” dale a tu foto el tamaño que necesita para abarcar todo el marco de la polaroid.

6.- Now drag the layer of your photo under the layer where the polaroid is( the layers are shown in blue on the right).

6.- Ahora arrastra la capa de arriba ,la de la foto, debajo de la capa donde está el marco polaroid( Las capas son las que están en azul en la derecha).

and there you have it! A photo with a polaroid overlay : )
