This is little bag or pouch I sewed for the ipod a ocuple of weeks ago

Hora de coser!

Este es un pequeño bolsito que cosí para el ipod hace un par de semanas

It came our really nicely ,specially becasue of the cute fabric : )

quedó muy bonito gracias a la tela : )

I think it just took me half an hour, its pretty simple and easy project ( thankfully)

Creo que sólo me llevó media hora,es un proyecto de costura muy simple ( gracias a Dios)

The fabric is japanese linen. I had it for at least a year, but hadn´t found what to use it for.

I bought it at an etsy shop but cant remember the name.

the inside is sewend  with felt, so it gives it more sturdiness.

They sale tons of bags or cozys for the ipod but none of them convinced me, so I ended up sewing my own,which is alwasy better, isnt? I wont be able to make a tutorial of this- although I would love to- becasue I´m not a good seamstress and even though its not visible in the photo, it has some imperfections on the inside ; )

BUT other tutorial are on the making..so I´ll be showing them to you very soon : )

La tela  es de lino japonés. La tenía desde hace ya como un año,pero no había encontrado qué hacer con ella hasta ahora. Por dentro lo forré con una capa de fieltro. Así tiene más protección y queda más acolchadito. Venden muchas bolsitas para llevar los reproductores de mp3, pero ninguno me convencía y siempre es mejor hacerlo,no?

No hago un tutorial de esto- aunque me encantaría- porque no coso muy bien y aunque no se note, por dentro tiene sus pequeños  fallos ,jeje  ; )

PERO sí que estoy poniendo a punto otros tutoriales que os enseñaré muy pronto!! : )

I know we are all very busy with the Christmas season. Planning dinners, buying or making presents ,having our little ones at home entertained..

But I find that is specially  important in these days that  we need to do something with our hands to keep our interior balance. Here´s one of those little projects I have been wanting to make for a while. I never know where to put my Ipod when I listen to it.Pockets dont seem to work for me, so here´s a little bag to carry it .It didn´t take me more than 30 min.

What do I listen to?  well I specially love Loreena Mackennitt,Enya, Poems by Mario Benedetti, Eva Cassidy, among others..

Sé que estamos todos muy ocpuados con las vacaciones de Navidad. Planeando cenas, comprando o haciendo regalos, teniendo entretenidos  en casa a nuestros pequeñines..

Pero considero que esespecialmente importante estos dias, hacer algo con nuestras manos para mantener el balance interior. Éste es uno de esos pequeños proyectos, que he querido hacer desde hace tiempo. Nunca se dónde meter el reproductor de Mp3.  Los bolsillos no funcionan muy bien para mí.  Así que ésta es una pequeña bolsita para llevarlo. No me llevó más de 30 min.

Qué qué escucho? pues especialmente me encanta Lorenna Mckennitt, Enya, poemas de Mario Benedetti, Eva Cassidy, entre otros..
